Projects
Projects scope your work; environments keep it isolated.
A project scopes sources, jobs, and agents to one initiative. Environments (development, test, acceptance, and production) isolate work so that building something cannot disturb what is running. Guides in this area cover creating projects, binding environments, and keeping each project’s member list. What someone can do in a project comes from their organization role, not from that list.
There is no promotion step between environments in the app yet; configuration moves between them through your Git repository. See the Version Control Guides .
