Anti-Spam Policy

Amfelt Labs B.V. does not send unsolicited commercial email, and does not allow anyone to send it on our behalf. This policy applies to every message that advertises amfelt.com, the Amfelt platform or any other Amfelt product, whoever sends it.

What We Prohibit  

Nobody may advertise amfelt.com or Amfelt with unsolicited messages: not our staff, and not any partner, reseller, affiliate, contractor, agency or other third party. This covers email, and also messaging apps, text messages, social media direct messages and forum or comment posts.

We do not buy, rent, harvest or scrape email addresses, and we do not use purchased or rented lists.

What We Send  

We email you only when you asked us to:

• Messages you triggered yourself. When you join the waitlist, we send one confirmation email to the address you entered. It contains no advertising. If someone else entered your address, you can ignore it, or write to privacy@amfelt.com and we will remove your address. We limit how many of these emails go out per day and per network address, so that automated form submissions cannot turn the form against people who never signed up.
• Product updates you opted into. We send product updates and news only if you ticked the separate, unticked box on the waitlist form. Every such email carries an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.
• Replies. When you contact us, we answer you personally.

Enforcement  

Anyone who advertises amfelt.com or Amfelt with unsolicited messages acts without our authorization. We will ask them to stop immediately, and we will end any agreement we have with them.

Report Unsolicited Email  

If you received unsolicited email that mentions amfelt.com or Amfelt, write to hello@amfelt.com. Please include the full message headers, so that we can trace the sender.
